You'll wait an extra 15 minutes to order at the counter. You wont always get what you ordered. Today I ordered 3 burritos and got 2. Thats been the better of my experiences here. I'm probably gonna start driving the extra 15 minutes

It took 13 mins to get a nacho bell grande and a crunchwrap. 1 person eating and no one in the drive thru. WHY did it take so long? I don't think they started it until I went up to ask after waiting 10 mins. UNACCEPTABLE
