I ordered dinner last night (11/16/2025) through the Subway app for delivery. They use DoorDash. The dasher texted me asking for my unit number, to which I responded in under a minute. However, the dasher still dropped it off at a random unit, and I was unable to go locate it. The only way to get "help" about the order was to contact the restaurant directly. Tried to, but they do not answer the phone. I called multiple times at different times. Even DoorDash support couldn't get in touch with them. DoorDash issued a redilivery (well within the time frame that the store would still be open), but I watched as multiple Dashers tried to go & pick up the order but didn't/couldn't (including the one who didn't deliver it correctly in the first place). Finally, as the resturant was nearing it's closing time of 9pm, the last Dasher attempt marked my order as "canceled due to the restaurant being reported as closed". This location had almost 45 minutes to remake my food and send it out with a dasher. So what is going on to where Dashers are coming up asking for an order, and nothing is being done? Are the staff here not paying attention to the tablet or customer support chats? We already see they don't care about the phone ringing. It is evident they do not care about customer service either. I've disputed by transaction through my card company. If that fails, next will be a corporate call (once I can find the number because Subway conveniently doesn't have it posted online easily for one to find; they want you to only speak with the individual store).

Employees dont listen to toppings on sandwich and would rather make a prebuilt. Repeated the meats several times for the employee to just make the closest prebuilt after repeating several times it wasnt
