    Food is excellent but customer service does not even exist. They will ignore you when busy and not friendly. Maybe you don't have to be for food this good.

    Will be coming back for sure pizza was the best Chicago style pizza we have had in the area. First time visiting the restaurant with my boyfriend and our daughter the gentlemen who was working the counter was super nice and inviting I believe it was a manger not sure. We didn’t want to eat inside because we have a small child and he turned the lights on for us in the patio area. Loved the outdoor area simple but clean. I’m all for good food and hospitality and this pizza place has it all!

    We’re originally from Chicago, so our pizza standards are pretty high — and we were really excited to find Rosati’s here in Fort Myers! Our first order wasn’t quite right, but Jerry, the manager, reached out right away, personally apologized, and insisted on making it right. He even made our next pizza himself and offered it on the house! Our second experience was fantastic — just like the deep-dish pizza we grew up with back home. Thank you, Jerry, for your kindness and for going above and beyond. We’ll definitely be back! 🍕
