  So disappointing! We loved this pizza when they used to be outside Jamaica Bay. We decided to have the exact same pizza (the 14” Chicago Style pizza delivered and it was not the same. It had nothing to do with delivery because it arrived fast and still very warm. We opened it and instead of the beautiful pizza I remembered, this sauce was very dark and brown! We looked past that and got our slices out of the box only to realize the pizza wasn’t nearly as thick as it used to be. It used to seriously be like a pie. This hardly had any cheese inside. It was a LOT of dough with some chunky dark sauce on the top. Very little sausage with onion and green pepper. Today I decided to try it warmed over for lunch and I took a couple bites and threw it away. We have ordered many fantastic pizza’s in the area for delivery but I have to say we will never order from here again. It’s sad because we talked about how good this pizza was for years but something has definitely changed. We did also order the cheese garlic bread with marinara and it was good so there’s that. Sorry for the bad review, I very rarely complain unless it’s pretty bad.

  I was from out of town for spring training baseball...found online.... excellent pizza. Will now choose to eat on every trip to Fort Myers

  Whoever was working yesterday around 4 yesterday needs some customer service skills and knowledge he wouldn't even take my # For my rewards and said Happy Hr was at 12 o'clock Good news for it wasn't Jerry working waited 30 minutes for a beef sandwich and came out cold even the juice was cold I need my rewards added to my # my bill was over 40 dollars

  I ordered an 18" thin crust with three toppings ($3 each), and the topping distribution was extremely sparse—only about 5 jalapeño pieces, fewer than 10 pieces of giardiniera, and NOT a single piece of onion. For a $40 pizza, this was very disappointing and the pizza overall lacked flavor. I’ve been coming to this Rosati’s for the past five years and have noticed the quality has progressively declined.

  We ordered 3 pizzas 1deep dish 1 thin loaded and 1 with sausage onion and green pepper all three were horrible we spent 85.00 it was not worth the money! Each pizza had a problem with taste there was burnt pieces of crumbs all over the crust and in the box the appearance was gross and it was undercooked
