  I just left this restaurant, I went in I only saw two people working, yes I see that it’s busy but the workers could have at least acknowledged me and say they will be with me soon instead of leaving me there hanging. Very very poor customer service, I will never come back to this restaurant unless the employees can be nice and actually care about their customers smh

  I’ve never been more mad in my life !!! I ordered a pizza to be delivered at 515 I pre ordered it around 1 . At 5 I looked to see what the status of it was that it said Making so I was like OK well that’s gonna cut it kind of close but all right I’m not that far and then I looked at 5:15 and it still said making so I called the store and I’m like hey I’m hoping this is wrong but it says making, and the pizza is supposed to be here and the girl was really snotty to me and she said they’re 20 pizzas behind because it’s a holiday and you need to order head and I said well I did order ahead I said why don’t you guys have more stuff because you know that it’s a holiday I was like so when do I expect my pizza and she’s like well I don’t know and I’m like well this is just a little bit ridiculous I said where’s your store manager and she goes I am a manager and I said OK what’s your name and she hung up on me !! Then I called back and she put the phone. She answered it and she just said it on the counter so I could hear the background noise but nobody saying anything so then it gets better. I call the 800 number and the girl on the phone that I spent 25 minutes on the phone with told me corporate. Will have to call me back in 48 hours if the pizza comes just rejected it and I said well I’m not gonna be here. It is Halloween. What is To stop them from just leaving it at my door and saying I got it and then I have to pay for it. I’m so she tried to call the store to cancel it through them because apparently that is the only way which I find a little ridiculous and the store never answered so now I have to wait 48 hours to talk to somebody that could actually help me I will never ever ever order food for this company again!!!!

  Papa John’s delivered a delicious pizza with all the toppings!!! They have some really good deals going on right now!!! Delivery was excellent!!!
