I sat there for five minutes at the table, and I saw that the girl was wiping tables. She didn’t say anything. She looked at me and I looked at her and she didn’t say anything. Another person came out and they everyone was carrying on as normal. I even asked the girl that was cleaning the tables if my food would show up on the screen because it was my first time in Panera bread she said yes then they called my name and proceeded to tell me that they’re closed and they have no soup or sandwich. They offered me a pastry and told me that they would refund my money in two days for me and my first time in Panera bread I am really disappointed. I was very excited because they moved right across the street from where I live but honestly, I am very disappointed in their service. They let me come in there. Sit in there watch me order and told me my food would be on the screen when it was ready and only to tell me that they were closed.
