Most of the time your order gets messed up, but the last time was even worse. The service is awful. When I ordered online, the order kept getting delayed and eventually said it was delivered and DoorDash called to say there was a problem with your order and 2 hours after the order, it was never delivered. I call the cafe and tell them the story. The customer support says he put a full refund on my account, but it never showed up. The guy scammed me and caused me to not have a lunch. Terrible experience.

My soup was cold on 10/30/25 at 6 Pm the kids working at the back kitchen completely ignored me standing infront of them laughing and cackling before the other staff vacuuming coming to asking me what was wrong with my soup. I am young myself and this was even super disrespectful to me. These people need to be written up. One customer lost unacceptable hire people serious about their jobs.
