  I got the absolute best service here! Carol was so sweet and helpful! She was patient while I made decisions on my order and super helpful with recommendations. Chris was also a ray of sunshine! He was so funny and sweet. He made me feel like a true guest! Thanks so much guys

  For the past 3 months, I have been ordering a large caramel latte about twice a week. That means around 24 times. Unfortunately, almost every time I receive what appears to be a smaller size, even though I pay for a large. This has happened repeatedly, and I feel like I have been overpaying for months. Yesterday it happened again. Today I mentioned it, and they replaced the drink, but this should not be an ongoing issue. Customers should receive exactly what they pay for. I hope management will address this problem seriously. Would you be willing to refund the price difference for the times I was charged for a large but received a smaller size?

  I really used to enjoy this place however I took a break, came back and same old thing take one bite and the rest of it goes right in the trash where it belongs

  This place should be shut down. The place feels worn out and dirty. The tables were dirty, the tea was empty. The whole atmosphere was like a dirty stairway in a parking garage. I never go, but I had a sandwich at work from Panera and wanted to give it a go. The people working there I guess are a sign of the times… girl took my order has more silverware on her face then the kitchen. Several employees had hair going every which way with zero containment or hair nets. In today’s world unfortunately it’s considered racist to ask a person of color to have any normal hygiene standards. I saw mishandling of food and inappropriate conversations between employees. They have ZERO issues with be very loud. I can state without a doubt. I will never waste $24 again at this Panera.
