  I went twice to this McDonald’s, First Lady inside was nice but the drive through people (one black guy and one Hispanic with a strong accent) terrible people with bad customer service, the Hispanic guy has no training, doesn’t know what he’s doing and is RUDE on top of it.

  I hate to say it, but this is probably one of the worst McDonald’s in Lee County. The sandwich I got at lunch was the new golden crispy chicken sandwich and it was dang near fried to be as hard as a cinder block. Called and spoke to the manager, who Definitely could’ve had much better customer service. I went back at 8:30 tonight to get my replacement order and this time my sandwich was thrown together like a newborn baby made it. My two-year-old daughter could’ve made a better looking sandwich than this one. I don’t get how Chick-fil-A can have such great employees and no matter how busy they are they always put out presentable well cooked orders. Y’all should go work there for a couple weeks and learn good customer service!

  This is a really great mcdonald's my favorite and I visit a couple in the area , they always go above and beyond to help me , christian in the drive through is so nice and he is such a gentleman and makes my morning that much better!!! And the manager is awesome the app took a order after breakfast hours and she still made it when she clearly does not have too , thank you guys for always being so kind and efficient

  Beautiful location, I have never been before. This location is very clean. ASHLYN, was amazing. She is the most bubbly person I have ever witnessed working at McDonalds. Very vibrant and helpful. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and helping the customers that were walking in as well. I placed my order with her rather than the kiosk as I was paying cash. She helped me through the entire process from start to finish. They brought the food out to table fast, fresh and 100 percent accurate. (including all drinks, dipping sauces, napkins! )You can’t say that is the norm. To me this has to be the best McDonald’s I have stepped foot in , in my existence. Good job! Highly recommend. If you get a chance to interact with Ashlyn she will give you positive vibes as well as take care of you. This location is off 41 in the Estero/ South Fort Myers area. Easy to get in and out of. Plenty of parking handy cap accessible. **Don’t forget the meal deals! Where can you feed one person for under $5-$6 dollars ? It is very affordable and quick fill up for the entire family on a budget. If you haven’t tried honey dipping sauce on your nuggets, it is a must try! If you don’t have the McDonalds app you’re missing out. So many coupons and offers that help you save money. Download it for sure. Even if there is no coupon for your purchase you can earn points and then redeem them at a later date once there is enough. (Point system) Will definitely come back again. They clearly work on higher standards for staff, cleanliness and overall are very productive.
