- KBKathleen BeckDec 30, 20251.0Second time in a month I’ve had issues with this location. Ordered delivery to my home, an item was missing. Tonight 12/30/25, I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese. Went straight home which is literally 5 minutes from this McDonald’s. The bottom bun was so stale I had a hard time biting through it. It was as hard as a rock. Top bun was softer but not by much. The entire sandwich was stone cold. It’s obvious the sandwich had been sitting around for hours. I ended up giving most of it to my dog!

Get it together. I'd fight and advocate for your $15 an hour for you all too if these problems weren't so frequent! Its all down to poor leadership that accept this level of employee. Edit to respond to the owners response: the chain is infamous about issues like this its a known issue for a long time and nothing has been done. That link won't fix it either.
