- DDDesephine1 day ago1.0Just shut this location down!! Where is the G.M.?? Your leadership team needs training PRONTO!! HORRIBLE customer service from Elizabeth, if that's really her name. I give my code before ordering, place my order , the associate asks me if my order is correct I tell her no I ordered a #1 not QPC ...silence screen clears so I pull forward I then had the unfortunate opportunity to encounter Elizabeth who proceeds to tell me once I give a code the order is complete its my issue to figure out how to get a refund or eat what the associate ordered for me??? What!! U kidding me right??? Then after I tell her why am I responsible for your incompetence?? She then tells me Im not serving you today I tell her no problem then proceeded to file a complaint at customer service I will use every platform until something is done about customer service at this location!
