  Today this was a long drive through wait...they got the order wrong and the food was just okay. Maybe another day or at another time it is great but it wasn't today. It's McDonald's I'm saying I would try it again later...

  Horrendous (non-existent actually) customer service. I ordered counter service via the app. Entered my table number and sat down. When my food wasn't brought, I went to the front counter and noticed an order sitting in the pickup area; it was my order, food getting cold and no drink cup. Nobody at the registers, nobody would respond, or even acknowledge me at the pickup counter. It took 10 minutes to get help. Staff just passed by me but didn't acknowledge me.

  This is the absolute worst, most unorganized McDonalds that I’ve ever been to. It took 30 mins to get 1 bacon egg and cheese bagel meal. They literally kept telling me it was in the works and then in the end either forgot to make it or gave my meal to someone else. Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else!

  This restaurant used to really be on top of things....in the last few months service has gotten significantly bad. VERY slow moving staff. I only give this McD's 3 stars is because they have much better Coke than other locations 🤷🏻‍♂️
