When the register become available for her to provide the refund, she threw the money in my hand so hard that the coins fell to the ground, which I had to bend over to pick up. She did not apologize at all for her rudeness, and when I asked her if she was upset by the refund request, she did not even turn around and respond. I asked another employee if she was the manager, and that employee wouldn’t confirm and stated that she has no idea who I spoke to, when she was in the same room as the interaction. Zero stars - will definitely not be back, terrible service from management occurred on 11/29 1:19pm
