    This McDonald's at 12290 South Cleveland Ave always gives great customer service. The food is always hot and fresh. I also want to give a shout out to Vanessa and Tammy at the drive-thru windows. They are always super nice and give great customer service. This is the best staff and management this store has had in a long time. I always come in the mornings for my coffee and the service is always wonderful and my coffee is always hot and fresh.

    waited over 10 minutes to even have our order taken (we sat at the order kiosk in the drive thru in silence), just to be told we had to cancel our mobile order because they were no longer serving dinner, and were serving breakfast food (contrary to what the app says) in the rudest way i’ve ever been spoken to.

    last time i came here, they didn’t give me the sauce for my nuggets. whatever, everyone makes mistakes. tonight i TRIED coming here around 10pm, and sat at the speaker while multiple cars in the other lane who arrived after me got helped and i got ignored. to be clear there was no cone or signage marking the lane as closed. i don’t take kindly to being disrespected, so i went and spent my money at taco bell instead. just incredibly rude and makes me not want to come back to this location, ever
