  The woman in the drive through was very rude when we explained to her we needed to do a partial payment on one card she ran the card while explaining she couldn’t do a partial payment which cost us a dollar and we told her that her swiping against our wishes for more than $16 cost a dollar she slammed the drive though window on our face and called the manager over who was also extremely rude. She looked no more than 18 and said her name was Kaylee. She explained we couldn’t do a partial payment on cards so I took back the gift card we lost a dollar on and then handed her my debit card. She then after just stating we couldn’t do a partial payment on cards asked if we were putting the whole amount on the card. What do you mean?!!!! You just told us you couldn’t do a partial payment on a card so of course it’s the full amount. They should have given us back the dollar and then split the bill so we could use 2 payments but they didn’t and couldn’t use their brains. Worst McDonald’s ever.

  This is a horrible McDonald’s location. 0/10 would return back here. I paid for my food 30 minutes ahead of time and was already charged for it. Got to the drive thru at 10:23 AM just to be told at the window since it’s now 10:25 AM that I will not be able to pick up the food that was already paid for and ordered well before that. No compensation, no credit, no “im sorry”, and couldn’t even make the drinks for the order either. On top of that a refund will take place in 7 days. This was just a mind boggling experience since breakfast ends at 10:30 AM. Not five minutes before that with an order that’s already pre paid 30 minutes prior. Unacceptable customer service. GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE!!

  I want to recognize Brandy for her exceptional attitude and professionalism. Despite the pressure of handling a constant stream of customers and orders, she remained upbeat, courteous, and genuinely delightful. Her positive energy made the experience so much better, and it was clear she truly cares about providing great service.   THIS IS THE BEST MCDONALDS IVE EVER BEEN TO! My $6 meal deal is always PIPING HOOTTT, whether that be at 12 in the afternoon or 11 at night, I know THIS McDonald’s got me!!! My McDouble bun always smooth, NO WRINKLES, thats how you KNOW they know how to make a McDouble. Never have to worry about missing items, my Sprite has the perfect amount of bubbles, my fries are always fresh and adequately salted— and a cherry on top, the young black man in the drive-thru is very handsome. 100% recommend coming here
