I get to the McDonald’s and it was moving super slow, and when I finally get to the window where I pick up my food, I was not informed that the ice cream machine was “broken.” The worker tried to just give me the rest of my order and close the window. I proceeded to ask about the McFlurry and she told me it was broken and went to get her manager. The manager who had given me a hard time in the past. She had a harder time resolving the issue and settled on a caramel frappe, which took her roughly 15 minutes and was severely underfilled.

I was just a bystander trying to enjoy my meal. She is always unpleasant but I will not be returning. I hope that young lady reports her GM and manager to HR or higher for this.
