  My wife did a mobile order for me to pick up for my daughter, on the way home from an event, because we were driving. The supervisor was so dismissive and would not try to help or be somewhat of customer service minded. She just refused to provide us the order because my wife was not with us and then turned and walked away. Keep her away from customers!

  Came for a DoorDash at 12:07pm, sat in the drive thru and didn’t even make it to the speaker until 12:28, then sat at the speaker another like 10 minutes after that without even being acknowledged/greeted or even asked to wait for a second, just silence, Extremely rude, I will NEVER be eating here again or accepting a DoorDash from here again, 45 mins for no response is absolutely INSANE, HORRIBLE SERVICE & STAFF

  I placed a curbside order and waited over thirty minutes for my food. I ended up going inside and spoke with the manager, who was very kind and made my order immediately. I understand that there may have been a staffing shortage, but thirty minutes for food (which more and likely would've been longer if I didn't go inside) is insane.

  Stopped to grab a quick meal deal, got home about 20min away, order was wrong. I called to ask them to fix it and informed them I could not come back and just got major attitude and told nothing can be done unless i drive all the way back to the store. I get it's 1-130am but some of us are just traveling back home from a long drive, not everyone is drunk.
