  The incredibly long lines from the grand opening have finally subsided so I thought I would head over & try their coffee. From what I hear this is a Starbucks alternative albeit a slightly sweeter brew. I would definitely agree with this statement. A decent cup of coffee and not watery or weak and a lot less harsh than Starbucks. I know they have all sorts of smoothies and fruit drinks, etc. but the coffee is what I came for and no disappointment here. My one major complaint, and this is with most retail food establishments these days, is the requirement to add a tip and the minimum pre-populated tip was a $1. So a $3.46 medium coffee can quickly cost $4.46 because of this tactic. It does not feel good. Starbucks does not play this game.

  Savanna was outstanding! 👏👏 I'm not sure if she was a manager. If she wasn't she sure should be. First time going to Dutch Bros. and everything was fantastic thanks to our Savanna! Thank you again for an amazing experience 😁🙏!

  Excited for this review. When word came out that SW Florida was getting a Dutch Bros Coffee it was hard to not contain my excitement. Now there is a more popular coffee chain which I will not say the name, still like their coffee, but Dutch Bros is on a different level to me. Ordered the Golden Eagle, it was sweet but not overly sweet, caramel and expresso was buttery & delicious. Also tried Caramelizer, which mind you can get to six shots of espresso if you need that high gear kick 911. Loved that it was made with chocolate milk. The coffee that is served doesn't have a burnt taste. Nice & smooth. It was a little bit of a drive but now one is opened in the Cape which is very convenient.. When the person told me my total I was shocked it was less expensive then I thought for three speciality coffees. Happy with my overall experience. Will be going back over and over again. Thanks Dutch Bros. Highly recommend ☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️

  Good coffee. Terrible service. I mean terrible. You will stand there for 10min before being acknowledged, the order ahead and order now lines are the same exact line with no secondary window... do not let it fool you, you save NO time ordering ahead. Expect to wait 15+ minutes past your give time.

  The first two times I went here I absolutely loved the coffee. I got a blended golden eagle. The next two times I went, the coffee was disgusting. Nothing sweet about it, it was bitter and almost tasted like there was no flavor to it. So it's been very disappointing to say the least. It also seems as though some of the baristas know how to make the drinks and others do not. I just gave it another try.Hoping that this time would be better.But it is again bitter and a waste of my money. If this keeps up, this location will not last. Edit update: corporate reached out! We had conversation about the issues and also made it right by replacing my 3 drinks!
