- IIisabelFeb 22, 20261.0disgusting. i had to go back because they forgot my sweet tea and i also ordered 2 orders of bagel minis and they gave me hashbrowns with burnt bacons bits on top? they still charged me for the bagel minis too. the coffee i got too tasted absolutely disgusting. pure coffee grounds.

I remembered that last time we went here they may have forgot to put the coffee syrup in our drinks . They responded as if I had dared question them previously and being in a hurry we left Once again, it looks as if we will be stopping a bit later at a different Dunkin for a proper frozen. Wish I had recalled that before we ordered ! This time we didn’t bother to complain to the crew as I believe it’s the same as our last visit here This is hands down one of the worst I have experienced

But that's all right it gave me the opportunity to see the multiple quantity of gnats flying inside the donut display case... some serious problems here. I won't be back until they've cleaned up the insect infestation.

The cashier said that it was just the ice tea, and I told them that’s not ok. You all in corporate need to send someone to clean the lines & use filtered water. Gross.
