- RMRylee MatishakDec 26, 20251.0we stood in line for twenty minutes patiently waiting to order. We finally did and the lady ended up making all the drinks wrong. My mom ordered an iced chai and she got an ice coffee. I had ordered my dad a hot coffee and she gave it to me iced and when I corrected her she just looked at me. Interesting experience to say the least. Clearly did not care if she got it wrong. Very poor customer service!
