The person that drive-through stuck the card reader out the window and asked me to leave them a tip for buying a doughnut. I selected no because I didn’t think that I should have to pay a tip for a doughnut that was already prepared. The agent then told me that I needed to pull around for them to do my order. They assisted about 10 cars and made me wait and then gave me the stalest doughnut I have ever tasted. This was a horrible experience. The only reason I didn’t go inside to complain is because I had my four-year-old son with me.

It tastes like waffle cone or something. It's flavorless and the coffee tastes watered down. When I went inside to pick up my order, I spotted the adorable iced coffee Christmas ornaments. I went to buy one, but the chick behind they counter made sure we knew that the register was off. Then she told us that she'd have to ring us up at the drive thru window, then just walked away. She knew I wanted to purchase it, but didn't care to ring me up so we just left. It wasn't even busy there. Another Dunkin to write off 🤷♀️

I am never disrespectful to the employees here . I asked the young boy a question regarding my drinking being almond milk since I can’t drink whole milk . He asked the skinny lady with the curly ponytail and she responded to her coworker in a disgusting way . I just left
