  WARNING: If you have a large truck or SUV, this is a very tight spaced location to visit. I have NEVER seen such a tight setup anywhere in the United States. It's crazy tight and I'm not sure how they got it approved. Other than that the food is good and it's rarely busy. Service is good as well. CRAZY how you have to get in and out of this place! Nutso!

  I went in around 145 for some coffee. No one else inside. The drive thru was moderately busy. The two ladies, Brianna and Otisha, in the afternoon were incredibly rude. There was no acknowledgement at the front counter. Both cashiers were too focused on the drive thru. Which is understandable because that is the priority according to their employees. However, a simple, "hello we'll be right with you" would've completely sufficed. I waited at the counter for probably 10 minutes, before I finally spoke up and said "hey when you get a moment, I'd like to place an order." She responded with a snarky, "yes," along with an eyeroll and proceeded to take drive thru orders. At this point, I walked out of the store. I was no longer interested in getting anything. I frequent Dunkin often and am incredibly disappointed in the poor service these ladies provided. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

  One of the worst Dunkin’s in the area. Everyone has an attitude and they never can get a simple order right. The whole staff needs to be retrained on simple customer service

  I went to this location and went through drive-through to get a donut for my 4 year old. The person that drive-through stuck the card reader out the window and asked me to leave them a tip for buying a doughnut. I selected no because I didn’t think that I should have to pay a tip for a doughnut that was already prepared. The agent then told me that I needed to pull around for them to do my order. They assisted about 10 cars and made me wait and then gave me the stalest doughnut I have ever tasted. This was a horrible experience. The only reason I didn’t go inside to complain is because I had my four-year-old son with me.

  I had just ordered the cookie butter cloud latte, and whatever cookie they put on top was not the normal cookie they put on top. It tastes like waffle cone or something. It's flavorless and the coffee tastes watered down. When I went inside to pick up my order, I spotted the adorable iced coffee Christmas ornaments. I went to buy one, but the chick behind they counter made sure we knew that the register was off. Then she told us that she'd have to ring us up at the drive thru window, then just walked away. She knew I wanted to purchase it, but didn't care to ring me up so we just left. It wasn't even busy there. Another Dunkin to write off 🤷‍♀️
