- JTJamie ThomasFeb 21, 20261.0Manager locked us in at 6:20. Told all the customers behind us to not let anyone else in. Waited on everybody in front of us and when it was our turn at 6:25 she told us the lobby was closed and refused to serve the remaining customers in the lobby!
- MAMary AFeb 20, 20262.0TWICE NOW I have had a worker not show me the tip screen and then selected the tip themselves to which I ask for my receipt they take forever and then apologize for "accidently" selecting a tip. I would be fine except today I was charged for my meal and the car behind me and they only refunded me for part of the extra meal they charged me THEY KEPT the tip out of my refund. This is just blatantly rude and this has happened all in one week.
