    They often get my order wrong and I’ve let it go but the last time they overcharged me by almost doubling the amount due. If you mess up a drink, it’s fine, you can remake it but to overcharge me and then not correct it or do anything about it is not okay. I won’t be back.

    Picked up a door dash order from here today and there was an older white woman and a younger black man working. Not sure if the younger man was in training or what but the older woman was yelling at him from across the restaurant “HEY COME OVER HERE” to then scold/ yell at him for putting a label on a bag incorrectly I guess? Something very minor but she was yelling that It was no good etc. I know I wasnt A paying customer but be nicer to your employees??? It made me so uncomfortable and I felt so bad for the employee working with her. Very clear she is not a pleasant person to work with, I hope She is not the manager. It was very inappropriate.

    Manager preferred to argue with my husband instead of simply giving me a full cup of coffee and then talk trash behind the counter in Spanish. Some Dunkin’s are so incredibly cheap. Take a look at the bottom of the hot coffee cups these days - if they push that sucker up any higher they won’t have room for any liquid. We just need to find a different coffee franchise or coffee shop.

    It's a chain restaurant, so the food is almost always extremely average, but it's fast and the service is friendly. Most of time, it's all you need.
