  We ordered our food and we usually wait about 15 mins before we come inside the store to give them time to cook the food and stuff but this time we waited 20 mins we got there our drinks were done and watered down and the girl with the pink hair was on her phone instead of having our food ready when we ordered online. Then after we waited an extra 15 mins inside waiting for the food we got our food and it was cold not fresh even tho she waited to cook it so not only was our drinks watered down and our food was cold. She didnt give us out side of bacon she gave us hashbrowns instead. And IT WASNT EVEN BUSY!! We were the only people in the store. We love dunkin but its really starting to get annoying and its only at this location.

  This is disappointing. I get coffee everyday and the last two days were disappointing. I was told it’s corporate with new rules. They’ve been giving less coffee, upping cost so now they will give you less coffee even when you ask for less ice. Time to take a break from dunkin. I mentioned it to the two ladies that I’d like my coffee like how it always come. They were kind so it’s not their fault but believe it’s whoever is in charge of the rules at this location and this was after she filled it. Not a sip was taken yet. So now you pay for half air and half coffee. What a disappointment. Done with this location.

  The first person was rude, no GoodMorning, how xan i help, nothing but what do you want. We told her a dozen and half after she rudely asked us how many we wanted. She put in half dozen in the register and walked away. No explanation nothing. Her attitude was inexcusable. She should have stayed at the drive thru. The girl that ended up helping us was better.
