My order always consists of a frozen coffee with whatever flavor I am in the mood for that day. The ice is always blended well with just enough coffee flavor to make me happy. I've been to multiple other locations throughout Fort Myers which typically leaves me going back to the front counter to inform their staff that they've made the coffee wrong - whether the ice isn't blended well or the one time I had ZERO coffee in my frozen coffee (what a mistake?). At times, I also order a breakfast sandwich or donuts that are ALWAYS fresh. The staff in Drive-Thru are kind, well-mannered, and efficient. Their customer service is also very fast, even during the busiest morning rushes.

What I got was a barely warm croissant with a cold slice of cheese just lounging there like it paid rent. If this is Dunkin’s idea of “toasted,” I’d hate to see what they consider cold. The croissant had potential, but it clearly never met a toaster or anyone who cared. Please, do better, cheese deserves to melt, not suffer.
