  I’ve been meaning to write a review for a while, but I’m finally taking time after a long day. The staff at this location are so awesome! I came in this morning and received beautiful smiles and attentive service. Whether I come into the store or go through drive thru I’ve always gone away feeling like somebody cares about me! Thank you!!

  The morning people have been great. However, the afternoon people are rude, miserable, they ignore you. I have reported this to someone in the morning who said they would tell their supervisors, and they were well aware of who I was referring to. Nothing has changed. I try to hard not to go in the afternoons, because it's so bad. I just left and I asked for light ice because they fill the entire cup up with ice. They told me they will be giving me less drink then. I was upset but said ok, then they still proceeded to fill the cup up half way with ice and shorted me on my drink. They need a staff change for the afternoons. At this point I don't recommend even going in the afternoons.

  Is amazing how this team has been getting my breakfast order done every morning so perfectly prepared. They are always on point with everything. This is the only DD location in SWFL in which for sure your hot coffee will never be cold. From the very welcoming lady taking the drivethru orders, the baristas, the manager (always see her helping the team) and everyone in between this ppl make a difference in my day with their fast, friendly and efficient service. Thanks a lot for everything you do in this location, for places like this one America runs on DD stilll.
