  I come here a lot, had a few minutes before a flight pick up, no customers in line, nobody at the drive-through, stood at the counter for five minutes, I did get a hello when somebody walked by, did not have time to wait any longer, so I got something quick at 7:11

  I have stopped in the cell lot to write this and I NEVER write reviews. I don’t know who you had working the window and the drive thru intercom. She couldn’t understand anything I was saying and I couldn’t understand what she was saying apparently. I left a tip (now I wish I hadn’t but keep my mere $2). I get to the window and pay she hands me a drink. NOT at all what I ordered. I ordered off the Valentines specialty drinks. She gave me a shaken espresso which I will drink but it’s not what I wanted. I told her I ordered the other drink and repeated said drink twice. She FOUGHT with me on what I ordered. Then when I said it was fine cause I wasn’t fighting with her anymore she then said she’d fix it. Did I let them fix it? No I drove away it’s 10am I’m not fighting with someone over a drink I’m paying for. Extremely extremely disappointed with this interaction. I’ve worked in the “service” industry and this is NOT how to handle a problem.

  El hombre este se cree mucho por que pase un día hablándole español me atendió en español y después volví a pasar y me dijo que no sabía inglés hoy este día está hablando de lo más tranquilo con otra persona del mismo país de él y es una molestia fea lo que hace y es pésimo para atender Kevin

  Rude lady at the drive-through. They really couldn’t find anyone else? Also found hair on my food, like it was perfectly placed there. Don’t get the food!
