- KCKatie CallegariDec 8, 20251.0I called to place an order for one large pizza at around 11 o’clock. I was informed the delivery driver doesn’t get there until 12. I was asked if that was OK. I said yes I called a little bit before 12 to clarify the directions of my apartment building I wait until 1240 and call back and ask them what’s going on About delivery. She says they’re around the corner. The driver calls me three times is unprofessional and finally delivers my pizza at 1:03 there is no sticker on the box. I did not get the receipt. My order total was $27 and some change I had a 50 she gives me $20 in cash Tells me that’s all she has end of story. I called the restaurant back and basically had to beg three times for her to understand that I want my money back. It took over an hour for this to be delivered. I was not given a courtesy call to say hey at last minute our driver called off we can give you a discount if you wanna come pick it up or if you don’t mind waiting none of that if I was informed, I’d probably be a little less mad She just kept saying OK or making excuses then finally said sorry and I had to put it in Laymans terms I said if I was at a restaurant and had to pay about $30 for some food and it took an hour to get to my table and then I pay for it and don’t even get the proper change Back I wouldn’t want it anymore. She sending the driver back with my money.
