  We normally go on Sunday nights for industry night. We always have the same servers..unfortunately don’t kno names but blonde hair lady and lady with black hair and glasses have always taken SUCH good cares of us. We went in tonight and the service was HORRIBLE…Nina was working and talked very badly about all of her coworkers and normal Sunday workers..we all got one round and then were completely forgotten about. We left. Keep the original/normal Sunday shift people on and you’ll be good.

  Fantastic spot - we joined friends for their birthday party the room they had us in was great. Fantastic service and great gaming. 5 S T A R !

  Quite disappointed in the service. We walked in to get a few drinks and play some games. We walked in to be seated, the hostess was not friendly, we asked for a table and she looked around for a minute then said you can sit anywhere in the bar area. So, we chose a booth to start, we waited for a server to come around and realized no one was coming, so decided to go closer and sit at the bar. Still took the bartender a good while to come over to us or even greet us, fyi it was not very busy, she didn’t come over to greet us, just asked what we wanted to drink, told her and then after the drinks WE had to ask for a food menu. Then we waited and waited to have our order taken she never came back to us the entire time, we were not her priority at all. We got the attention of another waitress that ended up taking our food order, after we got our food, no one else came over to ask us if we needed anything, which we did, we needed silverware and napkin and another drink. No one checked on us. We had to walk over to the bartender to finish paying for our stuff, mind you I actually wanted another drink but she didn’t even give us the time of day to ask us if we wanted another drink. I thought it was very rude, I also realized later I could have gotten a military discount as well, but she didn’t even want to talk to us at all. Very unpleased with our service. Food was good and games were decent. But the service really turned me off from this place.

  Went today for dinner and games. Games work fine. Staff... not so much. Was seated in an empty section where most of the tables were dirty despite there being noone else seated there. Some servers were just standing by the servers station shooting the breeze, while others were busy serving sections which appeared about as large as they coyld handle. After sitting 20 minutes with no contact, my girlfriend flagged down a server who went off to find our server. He talked to one of the servers standing around... 10 minutes later that server finally came to find out if we wanted to order. By then, we were trying to figure out where else to go. 30 minutes with no contact when it wasn't especially busy is too long. Go play games I guess, but I wont be eating there again.

  Unfortunately my family’s time here though fun was overshadowed by the very poor service we received! Appetizer came out with the food, wings were incorrect, pizza was incorrect and the waitress super slow, even the table next to us was complaining about the waitress (same one). The arcade venue was fun and enjoyable!
