  Decent food and atmosphere (and obvious fun for the kids), but worst service experience I've had in over a decade anywhere. Took 30 minutes to get drink order, then without exaggeration took an hour for our table to be served our draft beers after that order. We ordered food at the same time and that didn't show up for an hour and a half. Arrived at 7:28 (for 7:30 reservation), didn't get order in until 8:00ish, and wasn't served food until 9:30. The place did not seem busy at all either (maybe the locals have already given up on it). We were part of a bigger group, which I would imagine should be 75% of how they get business, but clearly they can't accommodate a group of 20+. Also I was not informed that they automatically added 20% for service, instead I was handed an electronic device with only the final bill shown with option for tip - not too happy that I tipped on top of that, as completely undeserving. Perhaps ownership should fire the management and reimagine their restaurant and convert the kitchen to a buffet counter - that would have been 1000% better experience.

  I went for the various assortment of games they had and was not disappointed. A little pricey to play some of them but fun nonetheless. They had some big setups of traditional games like Hungry Hungry Hippos, Pacman, and Connect 4. Even had Mario Kart as an arcade game. They also had a human claw machine setup so you could get hoisted up and grab prizes. You don't see that very often at places.

  Even though they do have a sign stating minors cannot enter without an adult over the age of 25, they have never told my kids no when they are spending almost 100 dollars to play games. But let your teenager go in to try and have dinner they tell them no and they have to leave. Be consistent with your rules!

  Ich hatte den Spaß meines Lebens. Super netter Service und die Rippchen und Burger waren die Besten die wir im ganzen Urlaub hatten. Warum gibt es sowas nicht bei uns in Deutschland?

  Dave & Buster's in Fort Myers is good, especially for kids or groups looking to play games and have fun. I have been to other D&B locations in other states, and this one is smaller in size, so it can get packed pretty quickly. It can also get REALLY LOUD! Even 15-20 minutes after leaving this D&B, my ears were ringing from all the sounds going off in that place. Be prepared for a crowded space on weekends. Beyond that, it's generally fun for families and groups, and their food is decent as well!
