Medium chocolate shake and large fries. 1st time I got 9 ketchups and enough napkins to use if I spilled all 9 ketchups. Next time even after ordering no ketchup I got 6. Today when I got to the window I said I didn’t need any ketchup, he said they’re already in the bag want me to take out? I said yes, he took out 5 I still got two. This particular DQ is ketchup happy. Incredibly wasteful.

My man took about 3 bites in the car til, he turned on the trucks cab light and realized. Unfortunately, we couldn’t turn back around because I had to drop my kids back off at their dad’s house. We are usual customers and we’ve never had any problems before. I understand they were a little behind but usually the quality is still on point. Very disappointed
