We just had the most amazing experience at dairy Queen in Fort Myers Giovanni works there at the Cody Lee restaurant while observing him working I noticed he has very strong work ethic very happy kid great service this guy is phenomenal I felt it my duty and honor to write a review about this dairy Queen and their employees The manager the young lady she is great too oh and by the way it's so cold in there you could end up with polar bears so be careful lol

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill
We stopped by Dairy Queen Grill & Chill and treated ourselves to the Oreo Cup Perfection—and it was delicious! The ice cream was smooth and creamy, and the Oreo pieces added just the right amount of crunch and chocolate goodness. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and it made for a fun, satisfying treat. If you’re craving something sweet and refreshing, Dairy Queen definitely delivers.

Walk in tonight with my three daughters ready to enjoy some food. As soon as we walk in, the cashier lady was walking away and then turns to me and yells out "Are you ready to order" I said no and shes like you better be ready to order. We looked at the menu and we were ready to order but after 5 minutes of waiting and her never coming back to take our order, we just walked out and went down the road to Arby's where customer service was excellent.

We order 5 burgers with combo, all of the burgers were literally frozen, we asked if they can heat them up, but they said that they were fresh, and didn’t gave us any solution besides giving us a refund, they just refunded the burgers and charged us for the sides, the one who “helped” us with this it was katie, unless she changed her name in the system, some blonde teenager.

As other patrons stated- easily the worse DQ ever. The most rude and incompetent workers with absolutely no clue as to what customer service is. When asked to speak to a manager a very young girl gingerly comes to the p/u window and yells “ what?!!l”. When I ask first manager again- she yells back “ I am the manager “. At that point it made no sense to continue to engaging. I hope the owner of this franchise realizes how many customers they are losing with this poor staff. Absolutely abhorrent and unacceptable to be spoken to that way.
