Had to go back and ask for a fork - the woman who took our order was making an ice cream for another customer. Once she handed him the ice cream she didn't even look at me or ask what I needed. Just an unfriendly vibe by the workers.

Dairy Queen always come through and the customer service was spectacular! Had a brief wait where we had to pull ahead and wait for the food but it wasn't bad. Staff was friendly. Prices were fair but getting higher

I ordered my food online and clearly selected the options for no ketchup, no mayonnaise, and none of the extras I didn’t want. When I got my order, my sandwich was completely wrong — it had everything on it that I specifically asked them NOT to put. On top of that, the burger looked like it had been sitting out all day. It was sloppy, old-looking, and definitely not fresh. I called the store to let them know, thinking it was just a mistake. Instead of apologizing or offering to fix it, the manager argued with me, telling me the order wasn’t wrong and that they “just made it,” even though I had the messed-up sandwich right in my hands. The lack of accountability was unbelievable. What made it even worse was what happened afterward — she actually texted my phone (which I never gave permission for) and cussed me out. A manager reaching out to a customer like that, just to be rude and disrespectful, is beyond unprofessional. It’s something I’ve never experienced from any business before. This location clearly does not care about quality or customer service, and the behavior of the manager says everything you need to know about how poorly the place is run. Honestly, she should not be in a management position at all. If you value your money and your time, I do NOT recommend this Dairy Queen. There are plenty of places that treat their customers with respect and actually get orders right.
