I've been to 2 dozen different Chipotles in the US and never been charged for "extra rice". Employees were also rude and couldn't care less. Don't bother with this location.

The late-night crew is always the same and you can tell they’re annoyed when someone comes in an hour before close. Most of the food looks like it’s been sitting there for hours, and they barely restock or make anything fresh. I usually want steak, but it regularly looks dried out and borderline inedible, so I end up settling for chicken just because it looks newer. Half the time they’re “out” of basic things like black beans or grilled vegetables. I get that it’s late, but customers shouldn’t feel like an inconvenience, and the food should still meet basic quality standards. If this place stayed open later, it should actually operate like it’s open.

She looked me straight in my face when I asked a question and did not reply. It was so rude and unprofessional. She took zero accountability and blamed us for the food being wrong because we could not see through people and foil. I will not return and spend my money where I’m not valued.
