  It was 930 at night. They had no steak, no fresh chicken. I wound up getting shredded, beef and chicken. The feeling I got was Too bad you came in too late. To me, they should just close the place at 9 o'clock. Cause it'll be the last time.I spent thirty five dollars for something that was subpar

  The general manager’s tone was disrespectful, and it felt like I was being talked down to. Customer service is a big part of why people return to a place, and this interaction completely ruined the experience for me. I expect better professionalism from someone in a management position. It was such an uncomfortable experience.

  Gosh, where do I start… 1. Out of brown rice (fine, white rice will do) 2. Lady working first station expects me to read her mind. She does not speak, just points. Why can she not greet a customer and use her voice? 3. Gave me a half portion of chicken. Laughable. 4. Lady working station 2, again did NOT speak. Why can’t you use your words? 5. Workers were joking and laughing with each other, yet seem to not pay a single attention to the actual customers trying to order. 6. Cashier rang up our food, told us our total and wanted to send us on our way… but we wanted drinks. She had to redo it. What happened to asking “is there anything else we can get for you? Chips? Drinks?” 7. Cherry on top of the whole experience, the ice machine wasn’t working. We got sold drinks only to receive a warm soda. This should not be this hard. What is going on? Ice is broken, out of forks, workers just stare at you, the place is a mess, trash is over flowing… jeeez. Where are the managers?

  So not sure if this is a new thing but I was shocked by how much romaine lettuce was packed inside my side of Guacamole Dip. I get it, avocados are expensive but to bulk up the portions by adding green ingredients like romaine is super disappointing. Do better Chipotle! 😠

  on Saturday afternoon the Cashier was incredibly rude and it was not busy at all. The person making the bowl I had zero issues with but the cashier was incredibly rude and when i asked for a water cup they, in a rude tone, said “only water no juice no soda” they then barely put the lid on my bowl, the front and back of the bowl were not sealed, and they knew because they told me that i had to hold my bowl sideways. The cashier was also rude to my friend and he advised he had a similar experience with the cashier saying that when he asked for a bag since the cashier just handed him the bowl no bag she rudely snapped back “it won’t even fit right the bag is too small”
