  Everytime my husband and I come to this location it’s a horrible experience. The workers apparently do not know how to SPEAK. You ask “hey, how are you?” and get a deer in headlight look from them with zero response. So disrespectful and unprofessional. You tell them “thank you” they completely ignore you. UNACCEPTABLE. The meat portions are the smallest I have ever seen. Why am I paying for DOUBLE meat when only receiving my SINGLE meat portion. Absolutely ridiculous. Do I need to bring my food scale with me and have them weigh out the proper 4oz of meat you’re suppose to get? Paying for more, yet receiving less. The cleanliness… ahh, it never fails to be absolutely disgusting in there. Trash is overflowing, drink station a mess, out of napkins, etc. The whole staff needs to be retrained and learn how to actually SPEAK to customers. These are grown adults working, not 3 year olds. Give customers proper portions, and keep the space clean. It’s VERY simple. Yet time after time this Chipotle fails miserably.

  Have been many times to this location and never any complaints. Recently they did a flash bogo deal for people with tattoos. Let me tell you the line was constantly moving despite being wrapped around the entire store. Working in food service for 12 years I can tell you how hard this staff worked and never any attitude or anything. For any operation to pull that off is a feat. Much praise needed for the management and team. You guys killed it!!!

  I despise this chipotle, I first came here two years ago and the quality was somewhat good. But now it’s complete shit, the staff members are all rude and last month I came here and ordered two bowls both bowls had barely any rice and they were serving us as if they were running out of food to serve. I wasn’t able to even ask for more as the server was acting like if he wanted us out the line as fast as possible, when we complained the cashier argued back and said “why are you complaining now? You should’ve said something when ordering.” Rolled his eyes and continued to talk under his breath, I wish I got my money back instead of a new bowl honestly. There is no need for them to stress over serving correct portions to customers as their not being payed enough to stress about that. I went today and nothing was prepared, and staff was ignoring everyone asking for help. Finally they spoke and said they had no white rice for the next 20-30minutes so I left. Do not go to this chipotle if you want your bowl correctly done. They need to clean this place up and rebuild staff and the entire place.

  Just went into Chipotle to order a simple chicken and cheese quesadilla and was told I needed to order it online… but I could order a kids size. The line was extremely long with all workers standing around letting one person run the line during lunch rush. I canceled my order left and went to Mr tequila (a sit down Mexican restaurant) ordered my quesadilla to go and got it in less than 5 minutes. I understand that ordering a quesadilla online might be a “store policy” but gosh how dumb of a policy is that. I never come into chipotle because the service is always so poor and this confirmed it for me. Never going to chipotle again.

  Food is disgusting. Staff is terrible and rude. Queso is literally chunky and orange like fake cheese. Go to any other chipotle and the queso is queso blanco. The steak is consistently cut like crap. Full of fat and gristle. Lettuce is browning/hints of red. The food line is always a mess and never clean. Portion sizes are a joke. Just look at any review here. Don’t bother at this location. Just go to the colonial one or gulf coast town center one. When they shut this location down it’ll be a benefit to the community. Absolute hellhole.
