They gave me additional fries as an apology i guess but the fries were obviously not fresh made. The sandwhich was poorly made ground chicken patty. I’m glad it was free because i wouldn’t have paid more than $3 for that.

However, my most recent visit on 10/18/25 was extremely disappointing. My brother just flew in from out of the country after being gone for 3 year and BWW is literally his favorite place to go. Not only did we wait over an hour, the soda had a strange unpleasant nasty taste. We ordered cheeseburgers, wings, fries and potato wedges and honestly, the potato wedges were the only thing with any flavor. The hamburger meat tasted completely unseasoned and even the wings being barely coated in sauce or dry rub, were bland and tasteless. Everything just severely lacked flavor. I’m extremely disappointed, especially since this place is normally so good. This visit made me question if I'll ever return again. I really hope this was just an off day because this experience was far below their usual standard.
