  I had such a great experience thanks to Mike, the manager at Arby’s. I came in really disappointed because my favorite item, the Chicken Cordon Bleu, wasn’t available. Mike immediately stepped in, listened to me, and genuinely cared about helping me find a good alternative instead of just brushing it off. He was attentive, patient, and made a thoughtful recommendation that turned out to be absolutely amazing. I honestly have a new favorite meal now because of him! His customer service completely turned my disappointment into a fantastic experience. Thank you, Mike, for going above and beyond. It truly made my visit memorable.

  First time here manager interrupted and told me do you want a meal or just a sandwich and all I was doing was looking to see what they had I'll never come back here again because I waited in line for 10 minutes before I even got my food at the drive-thru
