  Arby's gets a bell. A smile from a counter lady named Christi taking my order.then also a gentelman name Dwayne you can tell he was continuing his day after his lunch . He was very Friendly to me . Today was a great experience at Arby's with the excellent personel they have chosen to be a first impression of a national food chain in this hurting world. Thanks guys. Continue to get the race won with that wonderful spirit of Joy . Gary and kathy

  Not happy. Just paid $30 for a meal and they overpacked the cheap bag and the bag tore open and dumped all the food on the floor. If you're going to use cheap bags don't overfill them.

  Arbys: Kemari Hey there does anyone know how to reach a manager or a supervisor at Arbys? I had a GREAT experience with Kemari. What a sweetheart 💖 by no means were my husband and I in a hurry. She was kind, polite, explained a new menu item to us. They forgot 1 thing and asked if we would like some shakes while we wait for them to finish our order. We gladly accepted the free shakes. Her demeanor was not rude, entitled or was nasty. Honey if you can see this may God bless you ten fold because we had a rough morning and you made our day! I hope she can get compensated, acknowledged and rewarded and an opportunity for growth I whatever her dreams are. She's someone I'd love to work with and Arbys you're blessed to have her. Trust me customer service is hard and her smile, kindness and humility made me appreciate others more. All is not lost. If you're near Arbys off of Daniel's and I75 shout her out! Kemari you're a blessing!
