  If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I totally would! Our experience at Dutch Bros was BEYOND incredible. First of all, the STAFF!! They are hands-down the nicest, most high-energy humans on the planet. They made us feel like absolute royalty from the second we pulled up. The vibes were just immaculate! 🌈✨ And can we talk about the Banana Bread Freeze?! 🍌🍞 It is literal magic in a cup. I’m not kidding—it tastes EXACTLY like a fresh, warm loaf of banana bread straight out of the oven. It is easily the best thing I’ve ever tasted. I’m officially hooked! Huge shoutout to the crew for being so awesome. If you haven’t tried the Banana Bread Freeze yet, you are seriously missing out! BEST. DAY. EVER. 🤘🔥

  Enjoy the coffee, but the service line is the worst. No matter what lane you pick, always after people who come in after you and are told the line works differently each time. People still ordering 5 drinks are going in front of me with 1 drink who already ordered and came in before them. Makes no sense. Cape store says they dont do that. They do every other car. Here they tell you every other, then its whoevers here first (unless its you) etc etc. And its Workers discretion. Makes a person not want to even come here. Very sad as the atmosphere is nice and upbeat, the iced coffee's are good. But the back and forth with the line bs ruins this place entirely. Pick one system for the line and stick with it. First come first serve or every other. It shouldn't be that hard. If you want to do every other, It shouldnt be my problem that your signs say pick shortest line and people cant read and stack 5 deep on one side and I pick the shortest side. Have consistency not chaos.

  The incredibly long lines from the grand opening have finally subsided so I thought I would head over & try their coffee. From what I hear this is a Starbucks alternative albeit a slightly sweeter brew. I would definitely agree with this statement. A decent cup of coffee and not watery or weak and a lot less harsh than Starbucks. I know they have all sorts of smoothies and fruit drinks, etc. but the coffee is what I came for and no disappointment here. My one major complaint, and this is with most retail food establishments these days, is the requirement to add a tip and the minimum pre-populated tip was a $1. So a $3.46 medium coffee can quickly cost $4.46 because of this tactic. It does not feel good. Starbucks does not play this game.
