  I would give minus five stars if that was an option and after reading thru the reviews for this store so would a lot of other ppl. I wasn’t even going to leave a review because clearly it falls on deaf ears, I come into this store once a week on wed mornings while waiting on the bus I order the same thing bagel minis and an iced coffee and every single week I get cold bagels I’ve asked for them to be heated twice with an argument from the manager no less stating they’re supposed to be cold on the inside because it’s cream cheese, after pausing because either she thinks I’m stupid and will buy that or she’s that stupid and thinks cream cheese has to be cold either way I had to explain to her even if it were so the entire bagel is ice cold and seemed as tho it had been sitting for a while. I work in food service as well I know how things work. U got two kinsman’s of employees those who care and have integrity and those who hate their life and their job and it shows. Customer service definitely is not what it used to be I won’t go into that but it used to be the customer is always right if something is wrong fix it!! This store is a prime example of what not to do in business period.

  Quick to ask for tips in the drive thru but can’t get your order right and all have an attitude. What exactly are we tipping???

  Got a chocolate caramel espresso something, it was very good BUT is it normal to not fill up the cup?!

  I don’t usually post 1 star reviews. However, I just went to this Dunkin location to enjoy a few wake up wraps after a long stressful day of work. I sat down around 4:20pm to hang out for 10-15 minutes because I was under the impression that this location closes at 6pm. A male employee decides to come over with a mop and starts to mop my feet underneath the table. It was so rude and clearly he wanted me to leave so that he could go home early. Unfortunately, I will not be back to this location because this is now the second time I’ve had a bad experience.
