- RPRay PMar 13, 20265.0There is a lady by the name of Sheryl that works at the Dunkin Donuts in terminal B/D inside the airport that went above and beyond! She was so awesome. I wanted the toasted coconut donuts and they did not have any! She gave me her personal cell number and told me to sent a text her two days before the next time I'm in the airport and she will have some saved for me! She made me 4 donuts and saved them in a box with my name on it! She didn't have to do that! I know it just donuts but it meant a lot to me! She should get some accolades for that! Employee of the month/year!

My mom ordered an iced chai and she got an ice coffee. I had ordered my dad a hot coffee and she gave it to me iced and when I corrected her she just looked at me. Interesting experience to say the least. Clearly did not care if she got it wrong. Very poor customer service!
- KWKeith WebbDec 30, 20211.0They move so slow here, it's sometimes a 20 min wait for a cup of coffee, if I didn't know any better, I'd swear the workers here have "Sloth" in their blood line. Horrible service, not worth the $15 hour their paid.
