- MMMayApr 4, 20261.0The latte's in the mornings are super strong, either too much Expresso shots or barely nothing of coffee. Every Saturday they wait about 5 minutes to take your order at the speaker totally unacceptable for a fast food place is not convenient and the line wraps the whole place. The service is okay.

I was told “there only two of us working”, yet they continued fulfilling drive through orders. When she realized that the money on the counter was the tip we left her, her attitude got a little bit better. I won’t return.

It's crazy tight and I'm not sure how they got it approved. Other than that the food is good and it's rarely busy. Service is good as well. CRAZY how you have to get in and out of this place! Nutso!
- MHMonica HealyFeb 22, 20261.0I went in around 145 for some coffee. No one else inside. The drive thru was moderately busy. The two ladies, Brianna and Otisha, in the afternoon were incredibly rude. There was no acknowledgement at the front counter. Both cashiers were too focused on the drive thru. Which is understandable because that is the priority according to their employees. However, a simple, "hello we'll be right with you" would've completely sufficed. I waited at the counter for probably 10 minutes, before I finally spoke up and said "hey when you get a moment, I'd like to place an order." She responded with a snarky, "yes," along with an eyeroll and proceeded to take drive thru orders. At this point, I walked out of the store. I was no longer interested in getting anything. I frequent Dunkin often and am incredibly disappointed in the poor service these ladies provided. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.
