- MRMarysol Ramos4 days ago2.0Very kind people, but my order is never right. I order very simple meals “toasted plain bagel with cream cheese,” and there’s no cream cheese. “3 sides of bacon and a coffee roll,” I get a coffee roll and no bacon or just 1 side. This has been 5 times in a row.

They close at 7:00—I feel like I arrived with plenty of time for us to be served properly. It’s truly awful that someone would treat others that way, especially since they surely wouldn't like to be treated like that themselves.

- MAMary AFeb 20, 20262.0TWICE NOW I have had a worker not show me the tip screen and then selected the tip themselves to which I ask for my receipt they take forever and then apologize for "accidently" selecting a tip. I would be fine except today I was charged for my meal and the car behind me and they only refunded me for part of the extra meal they charged me THEY KEPT the tip out of my refund. This is just blatantly rude and this has happened all in one week.
