  I had to share this because great customer service deserves to be recognized 👏 I recently stopped by to pick up a special “proposal” donut box, and unfortunately they were out when my husband first went. I came back later after my shift, and although I didn’t catch her name, there was a young blonde employee working who completely turned the experience around. She went above and beyond in a way you just don’t see every day — she actually gave me her personal item so I could still have what I was looking for. That level of kindness, care, and dedication is rare. This employee truly treats customers the way we all hope to be treated. Hands down, one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. I really hope management recognizes what an amazing person they have on their team! 🌟

  We walked in. We’re the only patrons in the store. Waited 4 minutes. One of the two workers came nearby and starting playing on her phone. After another minute of the charade we left. I should have known better to stop in this questionable neighborhood.

  The lobby was closed with people inside talking and chatting? Are we hear to serve customers or hang out with friends? Because online it READS closes at 7pm its 6:20pm On February Wednesday 18th 2026?
