  I come to this location almost twice a week. I order the same thing and I go through the drive through typically. But today, the drive through line was long, so I went inside. When I went inside the cashier at the front obviously was not listening to my order because she put in for a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel when I wanted bacon egg and cheese on a croissant, she also had a dry through headset on. So I'm assuming that she was listening to the dry. Through order Vs the person in front of her, this is a little annoying, but that just means that they need more training. I typically don't complain about stuff like this. But this just really frustrated me. So if you have someone working at the front register, don't have them.Having a headset on, so they're not listening to the customer.In front of them

  Last week I made a mobile order 5 minutes before I arrived at the store. I proceeded to wait for almost 15 minutes as I was ignored by multiple staff members who were in the back complaining about another customer very loudly. There was no one at drive through, no one at the counter, and many employees. Finally, after waiting at the counter an employee on her break assisted me by handing me my coffee, that had been sitting behind the counter the entire time. Instead of leaving a nasty review, I emailed the district manager so that maybe the issue could be addressed internally. No response. This place is a joke, I’ll never come here again.

  Mathew the cashier has a tough attitude where he thinks he is always right and has to talk to other customers about other customers.… the gentleman cooking food was working extremely hard by himself. It took a little longer than expected but was hot and good. Maybe change out Mathew for a great service
