  The worst customer service of any Dunkin Donuts I have ever experienced So here the story. It St. Patrick's Day, and wanted to if we could purchase some green Donuts for the Grandkids. We walk in, and 3 employees are behind the counter. One is at the cash register, another, female is at the drive thru windows, who see my wife and I come into the store. The other employee sees us also and all of them NEVER greeted us, (even though no one was in the store except my wife and I). Not one said, "I will be with you in a minute" and the one at the cashier never looked up and when I said to her can I get some help, she said she was "off shift". Now why should couldn't say that as we were standing at the counter? Not one one of the employees attempted to acknowledge us, even as we walked into the doorway and mind you were waited for an awkward 2 minutes before I said, "Does anyone in this place acknowledge a customer? So here's the deal when customers are treated like crap don't bother going to their establishment, as we did, we walked out. And for the Dunkin Corporate, and the owner, good manners of just a Hello, or I will be right with you will go a long way. Save your money, go somewhere else. BTW when did this, it happened on March 17th 2026 between 12:30 and 1:30 Folks, dont take bad service for granted walk out and give your hard earned dollars to business owners who give a damn and want customers, unlike this particular store, to come back. To the owner and Corporate: basic manners go a long way. If you don't value your customers, don't expect our hard-earned money. Save your time and go elsewhere."

  😡I’m honestly very disappointed with this Dunkin’ location. Every time I order a medium coffee, it’s barely filled — it looks more like I paid for a small. The cup is noticeably underfilled, and with how much coffee prices have gone up, the least customers should get is a full cup. Paying more and getting less is frustrating. It’s especially noticeable that when staff prepare drinks for themselves, those cups are filled properly. As a regular customer, this feels unfair and disrespectful. I really hope management addresses this issue, because experiences like this make me reconsider coming back

  I have been coming to this dunkin for a few years now and don’t get me wrong the drinks and food are always good. I have noticed that within the past month the drive thru has gotten slow. they used to be fast but it’s not anymore. i recently came to this dunkin and heard a worker say they were going to suspend a worker over a cracked card reader. not only that but they were gonna have her pay it out of pocket. So this company that makes so much money wants a little girl to pay for something that she accidentally broke. as a company you should be ashamed. just plain corporate greed. the management for this dunkin needs to do better.
