You now order and pay with an employee as you first pull into the drive though isle. This is causing major traffic jams for people who are either not going to DD and need to get through the parking lot and other people who are trying to get into line to order. It's a terrible way to run the drive through. It actually deters people from coming to this DD location.
- SSSkylerMar 1, 20261.0Terrible customer service. Pulled up to the speaker and was greeted a girl saying “are you ready to order” one second after we pulled in. Then we ordered and got to the window and was given total by a boy who just got dropped off we literally saw him get out of a car and walk inside as we pulled in. No hello no good by no talking besides the total. No one else was in the line in-front of us or behind us so it wasn’t a busy time of day. The drinks tasted nasty so we threw them away and went to McDonalds to get drinks next door and got 10x better service with simple hello and have a nice day. Owner should look at who was scheduled 3/1/26 at 12pm and give them some customer service training.

I came in this morning and received beautiful smiles and attentive service. Whether I come into the store or go through drive thru I’ve always gone away feeling like somebody cares about me!
