  April 12 Sunday 8:43pm Attempted to order inside, mulitple employees in and out the front door ignoring the front while i was standing there for close to 10 minutes. Poor service

  We've been visiting this DQ for a few years with minimal issues other than it being slow. Tonight we have the great pleasure of dealing with Amanda (per name on receipt). Amanda is an absolutely miserable human being. She clearly is going through something and gets her rocks off by taking out on the customers. Perhaps she forgets we pay her paycheck? Amanda... Do better.

  By far the rudest staff I've ever come across at a fast food establishment. The food was awful and they couldn't get our orders right and because we got out of car to fix the issue, they called 911 on us saying the driver was drinking.

  your “ general manager “ KATIE is rude. She asked me and my mother if we wanted to round up to the children's fund and my mother politely declined. She then said “ OK” with a nasty attitude and when my mom went to ask her for sauce and a straw before we pulled off she slammed the door in the my mother’s face. This is ridiculous and you shouldn’t be having people employed at your establishment handling peoples food if they are going to treat customers like this. I then walked inside to ask for sauce and straw since she was so rude at the window and she then told me it was a up charge for any sauces. I have been coming to this establishment for years and never have had to pay for sauces. I told her that me and my mother both tried to get her attention before pulling off but she slammed the window door in my mothers face she then said “ i’m sorry but im busy”??? you guys need to Hire someone who doesn’t mind being nice. because she lacks that ability clearly. Someone like her doesn’t need to be handling people’s food. Disgusting behavior.
