Commited credit card fraud. Filed a police report and disputed the charges. Beware at this location if using a credit card.

CAUTION ON WHERE YOU PARK HERE. Some of the wheel stoppers here are definitely not maintained well by this business, including the ones that should be safe to park up against that are right next to the store. if you're car is of normal or slightly low elevation be careful (Long post, pictures provided) When I visited this company's parking lot, my front right fender was sliced and my front bumper slightly pulled off its hinges by one of the parking lot's wheel stoppers. I asked the manager for the company protocol for this unfortunate situation, but she dismissed me and said, "I've never had this happen before," which is funny since it's the first time this has happened to me as well—but I guess she never learned the concept of "first time for everything." Instead of just giving me the information I requested (corporate contact details), she decided to punch way above her pay grade, continued to talk, pretended to be a corporate lawyer, and gave me her ignorant legal take on the situation. She attempted to gaslight me on the law and seemed to try to discourage me from doing anything. Her general behavior was unprofessional and honestly showed a lack of character. This behavior was enough of a motivator to file a formal report with the county police for the damage caused, even though in all honesty the damage was minor and easy to personally repair in my situation. It should be something worth noting to the business to prevent future incidents with a vehicle that might suffer more costly damages—but instead, the situation turned into something more than it should have been. I personally would have just taken the loss if the wheel stopper didn't look like it was safe to drive up close to, or if it made any noise when parking up to it, because then I would know I made an error on my part. Instead, there was no sound until I started backing away and heard the loud noise of the fender screws coming undone and my bumper being slightly pulled off its hinges. Due to me being in a rush, I had to leave and come back 20-30 minutes later. Fenders are only $20, so I wasn't too upset, but wow—god forbid accountability and reporting a situation that can damage the property of other visitors. I never got the contact details either and had to find them myself, since instead of writing them down, she told me as though I would remember those details. Discernment when parking in a lot is basic common sense, and to treat me as though I lack it is beyond insulting. You cannot blame me for parking up close to something called a "wheel stopper," especially when there was no indication of my front bumper or fender making contact with it, and it looked like it was in safe enough condition to drive up to. Instead, she proceeded to gaslight me about the law and tell me it's private property, when said property is open to the public and said business is responsible for maintaining the environment for visitors to prevent things like this. Her display of management skills toward the situation was beyond distasteful and irresponsible behavior, which to me speaks volumes about this business operation. The worst thing is she insinuated I couldn't prove anything after she asked to see the damages, when there is clearly a company camera recording the parking—and it's definitely recording because it was peak traffic time, 4:00pm-5:00pm on a Saturday near rush hour. This indicates to me that this company will potentially obfuscate information if they think they can get away with it. I feel sympathy for anyone who has to work under an operation like this—truly insufferable behavior. I would not be writing this or even pursuing a formal report with the police if she had just given me the information I asked for instead of the full course of "I made this up" legalese, turning a frustrating situation into a rage-inducing one.

Disgusting food. Fries are drenched in oil and soggy. Bread wasn’t toasted and just had butter oiled on it. Tenders are mainly breading, barely any white meat. Meals are more than $10 and don’t even include a drink. Kids meal fries were half empty. Gross 🤮 never again. Do not eat!!!
