  Check your bag before you leave the drive thru! If they forget items, there’s no resolution unless you are in person. I drove home forty five minutes and found 2/4 sandwiches missing which really sucked when four people are expecting to eat

  I asked for an empty bowl at drive thru was told by employee they will bring provide the bowl did not get a bowl went in to ask about it, was told they can not give me an EMPTY bowl even after offering to pay for it

  I asked for a bowl in which they told me they’re grabbing it for me, I was sent to “lane 1” to wait for my food, didn’t receive the bowl. I went inside and they refused to give a bowl🤣 overall not good customer service and don’t tell a customer you’ll do something and refuse to afterwards ;)

  On Tuesday March 17 I have made two voicemails since my last recent order #9634338 under the name D.B. at 8:09 PM. I had ordered the new spicy deluxe filet specialty meal & I had received a wrong order with a regular spicy sandwich with no bacon, no tomatoes, no lettuce, no specialty bun & no sauces. I have already sent another voicemail since today & left an email & still no response. It’s very concerning that this place does not respond or pick up their calls. When it has already been days since I have asked for a refund. As a #1 Top Chick fil A Signature Member this was very disappointing because I specifically did a mobile order so my order would be correct. Because of the fact that I just finished my 12hr shift at the hospital & all I wanted was a good meal. But instead I was left with disappointment & utterly disbelief I usually go to Naples FL chick fil a & it’s always been top tier service but I don’t believe that I will be ever coming back to this location.

  This place was recommended to me as a place to visit. My husband, my son, and I went there together. I was surprised—and disappointed—by the poor, inattentive service. We ordered dinner and sat at our table waiting for our food, but, surprisingly, our order was never prepared. The service was terrible. Where is the manager of this establishment? A scene ensued, yet the problem remained unresolved. I don't know if the people standing in line behind us ever received their food, but our order was completely ignored! 👎
