When u noticed said excuse me the girl that gave the order was just rude and didn’t once apologize just went on to say alright what you missing and snapping her fingers. I said excuse me and asked for the manager. The guy that came out wasn’t professional at all no one took accountability nor did he show empathy or apologize he reply just kept being ok ok ok I’ll talk to her. Chick-fil-A employees and managers are rude and have no customer service experience. Will not being retiring to this location they have lost a customer. I filed a complaint as well online and no one followed up.
