  Every time I am in the Fort Myers area I stopped by this Cava. I’m always greeted by very friendly and helpful employees. Jamaria, Joanne, and Garrett are a few employees that are always willing to go over and beyond when it comes to customer service. I would recommend this Cava to anyone if they are in the area It’s a 10 out of 10.

  Everything is ok. Except that the falafel is sitting there in between the meet . And high risk of cross contamination with meet! Falafel is a vegan product!!! You cannot keep it surrounded by oily meet!!! It’s just waste of falafel!!! PLEASE KEEP THE FALAFEL FAR AWAY FROM THE MEET!!!!! Vegans really wanna eat that falafel , but we can’t !!!!!!! It’s insane , is it need to be super smart to understand that!!! ?????? Please !! It’s very logical to keep them separated, especially it cooked with oil, only for falafel and pita chips . So it’s clean from animals products. But you just polluting it and spoiling it . So sad !!! Super sad

  One of the best cavas I have been too! It’s my favorite place to stop when I travel- the staff were so nice and helpful! You won’t regret going here

  The food was good, but the service was disappointing. The man serving the food seemed rushed and gave me a very small portion of rice, without a smile. He didn’t greet me or respond when I said hello. He definitely needs to improve his customer service. Overall, the food was just okay.

  Food was great! Very good choices and ended up liking what I ordered a lot, would come back. However the service was lack luster. As someone who has worked in the restaurant industry for over 7 years, I think it's a little ridiculous to not know if the food you're serving contains any allergens when asked as it puts the customers at harm. Making me go out of my way to look it up makes this place seem lazy and incompetent. Not to mention the workers were not polite.
