I observed a DoorDash driver, who appeared to be Cuban, trying to communicate in Spanish with a worker named Sono. Sono, an Indian man, responded by telling the driver to “speak English, this is America.” I found this exchange incredibly disheartening. As a healthcare professional, I know the importance of communication and the dignity of all individuals, no matter their background or language. I urge Sono to reflect on his own journey—being from India, he should understand the value of cultural respect. I hope Qdoba takes a step toward fostering a more welcoming and diverse environment. I WILL BE TAKING THIS TO CORPORATE :) **** you guys failing to respond shows about this establishment. Case has already been submitted to corporate.
