  After waiting 20 minutes to order, and then another 10 minutes for the food to arrive they were out of fries and nuggets. As usual for Wendy's the crispy chicken had virtually no sauce. The cashier insisted that extra 1 ounce sauces are 54 cents each. The manager repeated the insistence on 54 cents. This place has horrible customer service. Otherwise, the food is typical Wendy's, and the chicken was extra dry. The ketchup cups were nearly microscopic.

  Unprofessional customer service and a lack of quality are unacceptable. While I understand that businesses can get busy, basic courtesy and accuracy should always be a priority. I won't be returning to this location.

  staff were unfriendly, many of them standing away from the counter and sitting at a table, even if on a break, the staff behind the cash register would leave and go hangout with them. Food was cold ( nuggets and burgers), and was barely appetizing. Only went here because it was the only thing open near our hotel after arriving at 10pm. Would’ve been better off eating hotel snacks.

  Don’t go here if have somewhere to go. For a place that has an automated ordering service in the drive-through you would think they’d actually be more efficient than they are We have been sitting in line for 30 minutes and not moving

  Workers don’t even look at you they make you wait while they talk shit about their other coworkers
